QTCU rewards Teachers
When was the last time teachers were given something a little bit special?
In recognition of the vital role teachers play in society, QTCU is offering one lucky Queensland school the opportunity to create the ultimate teacher staff room up to the value of $30,000.
QTCU Chief Executive Officer Mike Murphy encouraged all Queensland schools to enter the competition for their chance to be rewarded.
“Teachers are the unsung heroes in today’s society,” Mr Murphy said.
“They are responsible for educating the next generation of leaders and we think they deserve a staff room that supports their important role.
“While we understand that the majority of funds and resources go directly towards education for our children, we believe it is important to ensure teachers have access to comfortable on-site facilities.
”Anyone can vote for their school and show support for their teachers. So rally your local school community for their votes and improve your school’s chance of winning.”
To help your school win visit www.staffroomforimprovement.com.au and cast your vote.
Voting commences on World Teachers’ Day, 30 October 2009 and closes on Friday, 20 November 2009.
Full terms and conditions are available at www.staffroomforimprovement.com.au
