Seeking employment

Are you looking for employment with Education Queensland? Then have all your questions answered about teaching in Queensland state schools visit the Make a Difference. Teach website.

Education Queensland has also developed a FAQ for beginning teachers. These questions were developed, in response to questions asked by beginning teachers at the Spirit of Learning Conference.

A webpage has been designed specifically for beginning teachers that provides answers to the most commonly raised questions relating to the employment and recruitment processes of the Department of Education and Training.  http://education.qld.gov.au/hr/recruitment/teaching/faq.html

One of the Queensland College of Teachers' (QCT) functions is to grant teacher registration to individuals seeking empoyment in any Queensland state, catholic or independent school. Provisional or full registration from the Queensland College of Teachers is a mandatory requirement for teacher employment in Queensland. http://www.qct.edu.au/registration/index.html
